Refund Policy
How project payments, cancellations, and refund requests are generally handled.
Project Payments
Payment schedules, deposits, milestones, and deliverables should be confirmed in the written quotation or project agreement before work begins.
Work Already Performed
Payments attributable to completed work, reserved time, purchased services, or delivered milestones may be non-refundable, subject to the project agreement and applicable law.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled, we will review completed work, committed costs, and outstanding amounts. Any eligible refund will be determined from the agreed scope and payment terms.
Third-Party Costs
Domain, hosting, software, app-store, payment-provider, licensing, and other external costs are generally governed by the third party and may not be refundable.

Submit a request through our contact page with the relevant project details. We will review it against the applicable written agreement and legal requirements.
